Announcing Our New Customer Service and Help Desk Platform

We are pleased to announce our new customer service and help desk platform.

In order to deliver faster response times to support requests you will now be able to submit tickets through this web site or by emailing "support@manusoft.net.au". Your request will then be forwarded to the first available support representitive and you will be issued a ticket reference number to allow easy follow up on requests.

Once logged into the platform you will also be able to access additional content such as:
  • ManuSoft Program and Report updates
  • Sample Crystal Reports for use in the MDBC Reporting menu
  • ManuSoft Installation and Upgrade CDs
  • Other ManuSoft programs
